G&H can assist with renovations and have approved suppliers who can complete works required (alternatively we can use your personal suppliers if requested). G&H provide an estimated rental and sales valuation pre-works so that you determine if renovating will be beneficial for your long term goals.

This is incorrect and in the majority of cases you can change agents at any time. We can manage the handover on your behalf in a seamless process with no fees charged.
