    • We utilise our database to determine if your property would suit any potential tenants looking for properties
  • Open for inspections
    • Flexible inspection times for viewings to ensure we capture all interested parties. We conduct fixed inspections and private inspections. Inspections are a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend.
    • Your property manager will contact you immediately after the inspection has been conducted to give you direct feedback
  • Complete legal requirements and paper work for the new lease?
    • Lease documents (REIV approved)
    • Negotiating any special clauses that you may require
    • Provide the tenant with the Rental Guide booklet
    • Provide the tenant with a “Moving in to your new home guide,” to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities along with support numbers
    • Complete a detailed REIV approved Condition Report, including digital pictures
    • Provide the water company with tenant details to ensure that charges are billed to the tenant correctly (providing that the property is separately metered).
