About Us

G&H Property Group is a fully licensed, independent, business that provides personal, friendly and professional property services. Owners, Heather Turpin and Gavin Zeitz, started the business because they experienced a poor level of service as a customer themselves whilst investing throughout Australia. This prompted them to get involved and introduce a new way of doing things, primarily focussing on keeping their landlords, vendors and tenants happy whilst staying informed. They are members of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and have worked and invested within Real Estate for many years.

Some of the areas in Real Estate where things can fall short and we’ve made a change!:

1. Open Inspections – As a landlord or vendor you obviously want someone who can afford your property so allowing people to attend an open inspection is paramount. We make sure we have flexible times so that people can get to the property easily and not interrupting their working day. We do open inspections after 5:30pm during the week that allows people to get to the property, private showings at any time throughout the week and a Saturday inspection – Sundays are optional but not always necessary.

2. Routine Inspections – We make sure to complete the legally maximum allowable routine inspections (Once 3 months after tenant moves in and then every 6 months thereafter). These are of high detail including photos.

3. Condition Reports – This is probably the most important thing to get done properly! Our condition reports are very thorough and look at every square inch of your property. If this is done properly you are often protected for any future issues and can really help with insurance claims.

4. Communication – We always said the major area of concern when dealing with Property Managers is their lack of communication. Our monthly statements allow you to see a break down of what is happening month to month. When managing maintenance we will always keep you in the loop and get your approval.
